Yeneli, a senior at Belton High School, was chosen to participate in the esteemed KC BizFest program. KC BizFest is an intensive and competitive opportunity for high schoolers to develop essential life skills and business acumen.

On November 17, we are welcoming Belton's senior citizens to our Thanksgiving luncheon, beginning at noon in the Belton High School fieldhouse. 

Rachel Hagelin, counselor at Belton High School, earned the Secondary School Counselor of the Year award from the Missouri School Counselor Association.

BHS Senior Jacob earned recognition as a National Merit Semifinalist.

Maria Derner, a TESOL instructor at Belton High School, is a Teacher of the Year finalist.

Our Special Olympics Bocce Ball team competed at the state tournament and came out on top!

This year, students in Mr. Hammond's Belton High School Human Geography class took the AP exam and earned a 100% pass rate. 

Belton High School graduate earned a place among the Kansas City Star Scholar Athletes for her academic, athletic and community achievements.

Belton's Got Talent is November 30, beginning at 7 p.m. in the BHS Performing Arts Center.
