Athletics and Activities

We provide students with various before- and after-school activities and enrichment opportunities to support each child's development.

PHYSICALS AND REQUIRED FORMS

All physicals are valid for two years (730 days) from the date of issuance. 

Required Health Forms, however, are still required to be updated on an annual basis. High school students wanting to participate in any MSHSAA sport must have both a valid physical and Annual Required Health Form on file to participate in any practice or competition. 

Please complete the annual health form every year and upload the physical in PowerSchool (listed as "MSHSAA Physical Examination Form" in the forms section of MyPowerHub). Physicals that are emailed or handed to the coach will not be accepted.
